I am an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at the University of Miami.
During AY19-20 I will be visiting the department of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Pennsylvania.
My research applies game theory to strategic interactions, with a focus on issues surrounding the endogenous generation and optimal elicitation of information. In the research section of my site you will find papers on a variety of subjects including grade inflation, the link between campaigns and political extremism, the effectiveness of government intervention in markets, and the evolution of influence in advisory relationships.
Thanks for visiting. If you are interested, read this excellent article about refereeing.
